The study visit was targeted towards exchange of experience between project partners in the field of implementation of measures for EE&amp;RES in public buildings.<\/p>\n<p>The Project Partner &#8211; Norsk Energy presented its experience in energy planning and energy efficiency at municipalities.\u00a0Norsk Energi\u00a0presented it\u00a0experience in Norway and abroad in development, planning and implementation of EE&amp;RES measures.<\/p>\n<p>It was organised and\u00a0conducted a number of\u00a0site-visits as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit to Powerhouse Kj\u00f8rbu in Sandvika and meeting with Fritjof Salvesen \u2013 senior consultant energy and environment.\u00a0Powerhouse Kj\u00f8rbu is a plus-house\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0it produce more energy than it consumes. The Powerhouse Kj\u00f8rbu has got much attention in media because of many new solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Visit to Oslo municipality and meeting with \u00d8ystein Ihler \u2013 director energy efficiency and environment, responsible for the implementation of the Climate and energy efficiency strategy of Oslo. Oslo is a municipality with extensive and very ambitious plans for promotion of energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.<\/li>\n<li>Visit to Skedsmo municipality and meeting with Morten Helsing \u2013 expert responsible for the energy efficiency in public buildings. Skedsmo is a small municipality, and is probably very representative for a large number of municipalities. Mr. Helsing presented the Skedsmo&#8217;s\u00a0climate end energy efficiency strategy.
