In the period 25-29 January 2016 the members of the project team from Advanced Business Consulting conducted a study visit to Oslo, Norway. The study visit was targeted towards exchange of experience between project partners in the field of implementation of measures for EE&RES in public buildings.
The Project Partner – Norsk Energy presented its experience in energy planning and energy efficiency at municipalities. Norsk Energi presented it experience in Norway and abroad in development, planning and implementation of EE&RES measures.
It was organised and conducted a number of site-visits as follows:
- Visit to Powerhouse Kjørbu in Sandvika and meeting with Fritjof Salvesen – senior consultant energy and environment. Powerhouse Kjørbu is a plus-house – it produce more energy than it consumes. The Powerhouse Kjørbu has got much attention in media because of many new solutions.
- Visit to Oslo municipality and meeting with Øystein Ihler – director energy efficiency and environment, responsible for the implementation of the Climate and energy efficiency strategy of Oslo. Oslo is a municipality with extensive and very ambitious plans for promotion of energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
- Visit to Skedsmo municipality and meeting with Morten Helsing – expert responsible for the energy efficiency in public buildings. Skedsmo is a small municipality, and is probably very representative for a large number of municipalities. Mr. Helsing presented the Skedsmo’s climate end energy efficiency strategy. Special focus was made on EPC contracting.
