The fourth training was held in Sandanski

In the period 22-25 February 2016 in the conference hall of Hotel Panorama in Sandanski was held the next training on the project “Capacity building of the public administration in Bulgaria related to the energy efficiency and renewable energy measures”.

The main topics in the training were:

• European and national legislation in the field of Energy Efficiency
• Integrating the energy production of RES
• Energy sector regulation
• Trends and good practices in EE&RES
• Elaboration of Action plans in compliance with the national and the respective EU Directives related to the measures in buildings
• Reporting on Implementation of the Action plans
• Energy management of buildings
• Energy Performance Contracts
• Basic knowledge on Energy Audits

In the training took part representatives of state, local and regional authorities and other stakeholders, having responsibilities for development, implementation and control upon the measures for energy efficiency and renewable energy.
